We stand by the quality of every pack we ship. If something’s off with your order, we’ll make it right.

✅ Eligible Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Damaged Packaging: If your seeds arrive with visibly damaged packaging.
  • Wrong Item Shipped: If you receive the wrong strain or product.

📦 Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Packaging must be sealed, unopened, and untampered.
  • You must contact us before returning to receive return approval and instructions.

📨 How to Start a Return

Email us at returns@kinnabis.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and issue a refund or replacement upon receipt.
